Maspeak provides AI-powered phone agent services for hotels and related operational communication tools. Our WhatsApp integration is used to send and receive operational messages with hotel and business customers, such as service updates, support follow-ups, and requests that require customer attention. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time.

Phone and WhatsApp Communications

Customers authorize Maspeak to process calls, messages, and related metadata as needed to provide the service. WhatsApp messages sent through Maspeak must be operational, service-related, and permitted by applicable law and platform rules. Maspeak is not an emergency communications service.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, for the accuracy of information you provide to Maspeak, and for ensuring you have the required rights, permissions, and notices to use phone and WhatsApp communications with your staff, guests, contacts, and customers.

Third-Party Platforms

Some Maspeak features depend on third-party platforms, including telephony providers, AI providers, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of these features may be subject to those providers' terms, policies, rate limits, templates, billing rules, and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maspeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
