If you want Maspeak to delete personal data associated with our AI phone services, customer support, operational WhatsApp communications, or another service operated by Maspeak, send an email to:

Please include

• the phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, or contact identifier involved
• your full name, if applicable
• the hotel, business customer, or Maspeak service involved, if known
• the approximate date, channel, and any details that help us identify the relevant records

We will verify and review the request, confirm receipt when possible, and delete or anonymize the relevant personal data unless retention is required or permitted for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.
